Does 98 have any sort of music editing program on it? I suddenly had an urge to edit some music o.O . As far as I know, there isn't... And when looking online for something free, I couldn't find anything... It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could tell me the whereabouts of a free music editor, if there is something already existing on my computer that will work.
