I've been getting some intermittent error messages lately and hoping they are not the precursors of bigger problems. Retrieving a Word document the other day, I got an Invalid Page Fault message - page fault in module MSO97.DLL at 0187:3072clb7. I got it several times and it froze my computer. So I ran some Norton utilities to check memory, windows errors etc. It cound a couple and fixed them, and the computer was ok for two days. Then today, on booting, I got a Fatal Exception at 0187:BFF87EDE. It froze the computer, and on a re-boot there was no message. My wife tells me she has had similar problems with the machine, but she did not record the errors. Any thoughts? Advice? Reid

Think there is problem with ur ram module. if two modules are installed, try to remove one of them and run the machine.
