Hi, for some reason on my Gateway computer, the multi-fuction keyboard isn't working. I mean, the keyboard ITSELF works, but the CD music controls (play, back, forward, stop, volume controls and email, internet, help, and shortcut buttons on the top) do not. For some reason the driver or .dll or something isn't loading at startup, so I tried going to run>MSCONFIG and it's no longer in there to check or uncheck in the startup tab! Neither is ScanRegistry or Norton Antivirus! Help? I'm running Win98se, gateway essencial 500...

if ur comp is still under warranty with Gateway,give them a buzz..their techies should sort out ur probs...good luck
