I need to download msvbvm60.dll, but I'm not sure if I save it to c:\windows\system or
c:\windows\system32.

Thanks

Hi, I prefer save this file into the directory : \windows\system32, but you can save into the directory \windows\system.

For information : system is normaly for 16bit system and system32 for 32bit. but Windows don't make the difference.

Whatever makes you think you need that specific .dll likely afterwards will tell you that you need another and then yet another after that so I suggest you simply get the package from Microsoft. The one you are needing is the bulk of the download anyway.

Get it from the link where you see the following:
"The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center:

VBRun60.exe

Release Date: September 18, 2000"

It has the installer as part of the package.
