I left windows98 and back to windows 95 and got the DLL message. I hope you can help

hmmm...just copy that file into ur windows system then.... the dll file u mentioned is the run dll file for Visual Basic 5,, u can download it from somewhere and just copy it in ur system folder...win98 has this file in it but win95 does not...
