'msoe.dll cant be loaded' in outlook exp

i cant access my outlook express. it prompts 'msoe.dll cant be loaded' can anyone give me a solution fast without losing all the files as i hv many important been kept inside. i'm very depressed now. my boss gonna yell at me. pls help me urgently. my email address : maxellitys@hotmail.com

Do a find for msoe.dll. It should probably be in the c:\Program Files\outlook express folder. If you can't find it, I would suggest reinstalling Outlook Express.
