If this person already has an MSN account, the MSN CD that makes setting up the account an easy process is probably in his/her possession.
You would need to know what version of MSN is used, the password for the account, whether POP3 email (which is no longer supported), or web based MSN mail is used, access numbers for the connection, etc.
I'm an MSN subscriber, and would rather set up the goodie myself with my preferred settings.
