Hello everyone. I have an intersting conumdrum that I'm hoping someone can assist with. I am in Oakville Canada using the Sympatico high speed internet dialup and have been using MSN 5 now for about 2 months without any problem. However, recently, I have installed an Epson printer, USB photo card reader and an update to Norton Anti-Virus. Now for some reason, I cannot access my MSN as it states my userid or password may be wrong or the MSN server isn't working and now I can't even log into my hotmail account! Has anyone else experienced anything similiar?? I have uninstalled the programs on my win98 machine without any improvement. Please feel free to offer suggestions at this point. Thanks so much! Wade

Well my MSN messenger 5.0 worked fine up until yesterday. And I haven't installed anything new on this machine since I formatted a month or so ago. But yesterday I went to open it and the install box came up telling me it had to be installed again. Wonder if it was something with MSN or what? After the re-install went through it worked fine.

I upgraded MSN4.6 to MSN5.0 and I had problems to log in. I unistalled/reinstalled and the same problem. I downloaded MSN4.6 again from www.oldversion.com and now everything works fine.
