Msn Chat Room Problem

Hello Dear,
I have a network releated problem,i have a net cafe and i m using WIngate 4.0.1 as a proxy server on windows98 based network server but when i try to open Msn Chat room on client , i receive following messege,
Network problems are preventing you from connecting to the chat services. Please try again later.
Plz tell the what should i do for solve this problem.
A little help would be great appriciated.

Normally you have to configure the proxy to allow the application or the port(s) it uses to have access to the internet. Unfortunately I haven't worked with Wingate myself but you should be able to find your answer on their web site. Look to see if they have a FAQ area.
