I cannot get Microsoft Messenger to work through our SBS Server. The port settings are correct but after trying to login I get the following error message. "We could not sign you into MSM Messenger. It appears that you are behind a firewall that might be preventing you from connecting to the .NET Messenger service 0x81000364
Only snag is there isn't a firewall, so I wonder what is causing the problem?

I had seen a similar post mentioning a MSM problem and wondered then if the error message actually read MSM versus MSN but it is repeated here as such.
Perhaps you are using spyware instead of the MSN messenger program.
When I look up MSM Messenger on Google I only find one site that is not in a foreign language and it contains just links to Adult sites.
