Mate, MSIPCSV.EXE is a parasite, hosted by loads of programs including very well known ones such as Cute FTP. It sits in C/Windows/System and logs your browsing habits, reporting periodically and downloading new adverts for your viewing pleasure. It piggybacks IE or Netscape (I don't think it works with Opera) and can cause crashes as you have discovered. I only found it because I installed a free firewall (ZoneAlarm from www.zonelabs.com) and it was logged trying to communicate! If would recommend: 1. get ZoneAlarm and install it - you can then find out exactly what is going in and out when you are logged on and control it 2. visit www.grc.com and read about OptOut (by top bloke Steve Gibson) and whether you need it 3. tell everyone you know about this so that they can take control of their computers!
