I'm very curious why often when I open a program, my system locks up, and then I have to do Ctrl/Alt/Del in order to end task "Msimn" so that I can to free up the system . In the task manager it displays: "Msimn[not responding]". I know what I really need is a motherboard/cpu upgrade, but I am asking this out of total curiosity. What exactly might cause this? Thanks.
