It's my first time to use outlook express, and a problem occur, every time i open it,it keeps saying that it's searching the msimn.exe and it continued saying it that it probably changed or moved....?

You should be able to reinstall Outlook Express over the existing installation withjout losing anything. That should correct any missing file problems.
The file you mentioned is normally in C:\Program Files\Outlook Express (if your system is on drive C:)
You may wish to check to see if it is there as a first step.
