Maybe because a back door trojan or a virus is trying to use the mail client in an unauthorized way?? Like sending out dangerous emails ? Or phoning home to a malware sight?
Check the EZdesk shield documentation or help files. Also check the app's congiguration settings to see what it's supposed to report to you, and why.
