thanks a lot.zeroout

IE & OE are linked. I would try IE Repair for starters. Type the following in the Run box and hit Return to get the option (if available):
rundll32.exe setupwbv.dll,IE5Maintenance

One or my customers kept having this error message "MSIMM caused an invalid page fault in Module DIRECTBD.DLL" when she tried to delete messages in Outlook Express.I noticed that the deleted items folders was about 1.2Mb in size. I emptied the folder and again tried to delete a message it worked!

The Original message was by zeroout.
The original message is labeled "Original Message" above it.
You'll notice my message has "Response Number 2".
I should have used quotes when referring to the outside message. I just copied and pasted it in it's entirety.
Sorry for the confusion. I try and mind my manners next time.

No problem, it's just that occasionally folk post back with a different name so I began to wonder.
