First off my system is as follows:
Pentium 3 600 mhz
393 mb of RAM (curiously, the problems seemed to start around the time this RAM was installed. ???
Windows 98 SE Version 4.10.2222 A
8X DVD Drive
Matrox Millenium G400 Video Card
Yamaha DS-XG Sound Card
A 33.6 Practical Peripherals External Modem and a 56k disabled internal modem
I use IE 5.00.2614.3500
I have a 20 GB Hard Drive

I use a lot of game software.The Problem:
I often get error messages or bluescreens whenever I start up the computer.
Two of the error messages are:Msgsrv32
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists contact the program vendor.and
Msgsrv32
An error has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway, click ignore and save your work in a new file. To quit this program, click close. You will lose information you entered since your last save.In addition to this the computer locks up much more than usual, the screen gets funny when you view web pages and e-mail (it's not the monitor we just got a new one and it still happens, some error about tapis happens sometimes and screws up Outlook Express. I have recently upgraded the video and sound card drivers. I have tried reinstalling Windows 98. I haven even formatted my hard drive. Can someone help me? Please reply. Thank you in advance.

Sorry those sites don't have anything pertaining to my problem. It has stuff about other Msgsrv32 errors but not the ones I get.
