What can I do to solve this problem? System freezes after I get this message. Actually this is the details. If you have a link or can give some advice short of save your data files and reformat and reinstall that would be much appreciated.

I presume that on start up win 95 displays the mouse pointer and frezes at this point? Windows is detecting hardware and switching to protected mode drivers at this time. This error can accur if windows drivers for the hard disk lock up. Try booting to safe mode and see this page for more details or post more info http://home.epix.net/~razor/bkmrks05.html
I am also having same error message. I run Win 95, with Internet Explorer 5, Outlook Express 5, AOL 4.0 and use cable modem. The error occurs for me when computer is idle. Error occurs and I am disconnected from ISP, must reboot to reestablish connection.
