MS-DOS Refresh Rates

I need to know how to change the refresh rates of DOS-based programs (running under Windows 95b). I am used to working/playing on my 19' monitor at 1024x768 at 100Hz so that a DOS-based program which runs at 60Hz really starts to hurt my eyes after a while (I'm pampered!).

I'm pretty sure that if you want to run the DOS program in full-screen mode, you're gonna have to build a custom autoexec.bat file that loads DOS drivers and declares your real mode display resolutions and re-boot into a DOS session. Consult the docs for your video card for details. It is likely that a DOS VGA utility came with the card which can be used to automate all of this. Good Luck!
