Hi All,
I know we can use msconfig for win98 but not for win95. However, is there anything similar to msconfig for win95? I just wanted to remove some of the programs that runs when the windows start.
I am running MS Config (5/11/98) in Windows 95. have you tried? Files are: msconf.dll msconfft.dll msconfig.chm msconfig.cnt msconfig.exe msconfig.hlp But there are other 3rd-party utilities that will do the equivalent, and probably even better! can email msconfig if post request to follow-up to this thread

If you have access to a Win98 machine, you can just copy msconfig.exe onto a flopppy and put it on your 95 machine. It will work fine. Just make sure it goes into Windows\System (or where ever it was on the 98 machine)
