why my program cant install mscal.ocx on machine that have office 97 and the setup program will automatically uninstall the installation process. how to prevent / fix that ?

When I load Office97 on a Win95 PC I get the following error: "Mscal.ocx was unable to register itself in the system registry" Does anyone know a fix for this? Thanks.
