How to Remove Content Advisor Password in Internet Explorer In regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/ Software/ Microsoft/ Windows/ Current Version/ Policies/ Ratings. In the right pane, delete the key (password). Exit regedit, restart the computer, and start Internet Explorer. Go to View/ Internet Options/ Content tab and click Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything; click OK. This will disable Content Advisor.
