Model/Manufacturer: Data Solutions
Comment:
Upon start up, a window labeled "Microsoft Broadcast Announcement Listener" with the message: "Cannot load filter - EnhAnncFilter.EnhAnnc.915907967--2147286775 (0x80030109). Remove this filter from Announcement Listener active filter list?" Then a prompt for Yes or No action. Regardless of the action choosen, the message continues to appear upon every start up of the computer, both from restarting and complete shut down and reboot. Any suggestions to get this message off? Thanks!

'Microsoft Announcement Listener' (annclist.exe) appears to be a component of WebTV - if it's not something you need or use, try uninstalling
