Moving files

This pc has 2 users with password and the third is free for everybody, How can I move or copy one file from the free site to my password user site.

If these are typical windows established passwords then each user has access to all the files. Those passwords are not for security but for user profiles. It's a different story if you have some third party password software.

You can probably just do a search for the file name and then copy it to the location you would prefer it to be.
