I have motherboard with 810E and Celeron 566MHz on Socket 370 is it True i can Upgade Celeron to PIII?

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on which motherboard you have. Check the manufacturers website.

Depends totally on the make and model of motherboard! Socket 370 is adaptable, but there are exceptions. Look for information about acceptance of "FC-PGA" also known as "Flip Chips". Some data may refer also to "Coppermine" Intel Chips. This is the first clue that you can successfully upgrade to Pentium CPU. Board buss speed will also require special attention. The last time I visited www.motherboardhomeworld.org there was information on how to identify an unknown motherboard and that will be crucial to switching a board from Celeron to Pentium.

compaq is not known for being able to upgrade very easily but just the site and see if it says. also check with a computer store, maybe they will tell you so they can sell ya something.
