I need help identifying a motherboard. It has 2 intel chips

sb82437fx-66
sb82371fb

I found this board on a web site and it said it was an Acer ap5c/p but I looked on Aopen's web site, got the motherboard manual and discovered it was not the correct board. I am at a loss.

It also has 2 pci slots 3 isa slots and one shared pci/isa slot.

Thank you
