I have an Asus motherboard with a 1GHZ cpu which I can't seem to ID. The Asus website is no help. The post bios id is SiS630e-. (Award medallion bios) is also printed on the board. It has a very small foot print with a daughter board for the ports. Maybe I got an obsolete board. Any help would be great. Thanks

There are two programs that you can use to identify all the hardware you have-AIDA and BELARC ADVISOR. Install and run them and your exact motherboard will be identified. You can get BELARC by clicking the CRUCIAL AD BANNER at the top of this page.

It looks like to me that you have either the Asus CUSI-FX or the CUSI-M motherboard. Your BIOS post should show the model number as well.
