What makes you think that the computer is working? It's the only thing that you haven't eliminated. Did this problem just crop up out of the blue or have you been making hardware changes to the system?

Did the computer sound more than one beep when it started its POST? I would check the cable also to see if it okay then check the slot. How about the BIOS settings are they okay?

I can hear the computer and it goes through the boot up process. I was surfing the internet, and my computer froze. I turned it off. Than after 30 seconds I turned it on and now the monitor wont display anything. I cant access the BIOS.

I don’t think this is a monitor thing. I think your problem is with your computer. It sounds like your computer won’t boot.
Do you get any beeps when you start up? If it boots, you should get a single, short beep when it posts. If you get nothing, your BIOS is probably gone. You can usually reset it to default by a jumper on the MOBO or by removing the battery on the MOBO with the power unplugged for a few minutes (or, sometimes longer) and putting it back in. If that was the problem, it should boot back up and things should work though your BIOS settings may now need to be changed. If that doesn’t work, then I am probably wrong but I don’t think you’re any worse off than you are now.
