Hello,
My English is not very good (I'm Dutch) but I probe to formulate my question... I have Windows 98 I have (a good) monitor
But.. The driver is not good so I have 16 colors.. It is a Packard Bell FC700 My question is: Where can I find the correct driver for my monitor

It is not a monitor driver you need but a driver for the graphics card inside the computer. You need to find out which graphics card you have and download drivers for that, usually from the manufacturers web site.
Download and run SIW and it will tell you which graphics card you have.
Go to Device Manager, Locate the "DISPLAY ADAPTER" category, expand it by clicking on the "+". right click on the Device, select REMOVE, then OK you way out and restart your computer. Windows will redetect the Adapter and install appropriate drivers.
Have your HP Restore Disks handy.
