I had MS Money 97 and am now running 2002. I find mfcofd.dll in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money\SYSTEM It is version 10.00.0731 441kb. This version will not help you. You should be able to locate the replacement on the install CD. Place it in the folder mentioned above. Thanks, I have tried all those links, but to no avail. Tried to move Money 98 from one hard drive to another, lost that file. No longer have CD.
