Hi can anyone help me..I'm runnin win 98 SE & I keep getting this message when my computer is booting up..Explorer caused a segment not present fault in module user.exe at 001f:0000015f..I try scan disk & defraging it and ran my virus checker....still pops up..everytime i turn on my computer..any suggestions??

Read slowly and carefully...Not present? That tells me that something is missing. Module user.exe-The missing is in a user executible file. Explorer caused it. So maybe there is something in Explorer that is calling for something that isn't there. If a virus was there you would have detected it. What was the last thing you browsed before you received the message? This calls for detective work! If everything else works just ignore it until help arrives.
