upon start up my pc states its missing win32sys.exe how do i fix this

Lonnie,
This is a file from a program that you uninstalled or deleted, and is still being called by Systen.ini, or the Registry. First open System.ini in Notepad or with Sysedit, search for file name, and if you find it, delete entire line. If it's not in System.ini then run Regedit, and find filename. Again delete line where found, continue search with F3, till it says finished. close regedit, and you should have no more error. As a hint, this file is required by windows 3.1 programs that need it to run in 32bit mode, and is not used with windows 9x.

The registry can be a dangerous place for the inexperienced user, and it is
NOT recommended you start deleting all references to this file.
Go start>run>sysedit go to the win.ini file under the run= or load= line remove the reference from their, OR go to
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q236/7/72.ASP
