All the shortcuts on my taskbar have disappeared. When I look in the toolbars on the taskbar all the options are greyed out. How can I get the shortcuts back?

Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about the Quick Launch toolbar? That's the only toolbar located on the taskbar...

Just to clarify Kris:

The Quick Launch bar is just to the right of the Start button. The system tray is just to the left of the clock. The taskbar is between these two and indicates what you are currently running.

If you do mean the Quick Launch bar then right click on the taskbar in a blank area, select "Toolbars" and then make sure Quick Launch is ticked.

If you mean the System Tray then take a look at the posting immediately above this one (115257).
