missing scour.exe

I downloaded on of my favorite games, Hillsfar (AD&D) in DMS format (the only one I could find). The thing is my computer says it can't run any DMS files without Scour.exe. I have scour media agent so I know it isn't that. Is this a windows file? DOS file? What? Please help!
I cannot find my scour.exe. I am trying to download things and the computer always tells me that it cannot find file scour.exe

I've been trying to download my songs from ScourNet thingy. And for some reason it's been rejecting me telling that that in order to download future songs, i would have to invest in scour.exe. I have no idea what they are referring to, can u help?

I went to scour on infoseek and downloaded it for free. if this is the same scour i'm thinking of, it's just like napster. you can download music, pictures, video, etc for free. the site is easy to use and it gives you downloading info right on there.
