When starting PC I receive a missing PCI Management Bus command.
When I search for driver none are to be foung.

I also have no sound.

It sounds like you need to reinstall both your motherboard chipset drivers & your sound drivers. Can't help you with that though because you didn't bother to list your system specs....

My mother board is a MSI 845 Ultra.
It is for Pen4 based PC
I do not have a driver for such

You should have gotten a driver CD with the board. If not, you can download the drivers from the MSI website:
