Missing part of display properties (W95)

In the "screensaver" tab of "display properties", I'm missing the "Energy Saving features of monitor" area. It's completely gone. I've tried reinstalling my monitor, (of course I checked the energy star option), and it doesnt work. This part of the screensaver tab has disappeared.

Try reinstalling your video card drivers or the newest ones. Make sure it shows your video driver and not the Std VGA, under Settings/Advanced in display properties.
