CPU/Ram: 64 mb of ram

I tried to reinstall norton antivirus 2003. When the system boots up there is a message "CCREGMON.DLL and CCEMLPXY.DLL is missing or damaged" I unloaded the norton antivirus and the messages disappeared. but my computer is unprotected
