Missing or corrupted system dlls

Hi yall! I have a major problem with my computer. Basicly its like this, I have a pentium mmx 166 mhz. with 98 Mb. of ram and it has windows 95.when I start it up it shows every thing to be fine, but when you try to run anything that reqires win. 95 it gives me a message saying "The comdlg32.dll file is linked to missing export shell32.dll:645" now I have now idea what that means because tose two file are still on my computer.right now every thing im running is windows 3.x and you know how bad that sucks.If anybody could tell me what to do besides reinstalling win.95 please do.
Summary: Can anyone help ????????? When using system file checker I recieve the message: pcdlib32.dll is missing or corrupt !!!!!! I do not know how to restore it. I tried from my Windows 98 cd rom to no avail...
