Missing NBSTAT.exe

OS: Windows 98 SE
CPU/Ram: 184 MB Ram

I am missing the nbstat.exe file. Unfortunately I don't have the Windows install disk. I haven't found anywhere to download it from. If possible could someone send it to me?

I also am having problems with installing my Ethernet card. It's a SMC EZ Card 10/100 PCI Ethernet Adapter. I am missing a file called smc55t50.sys. I'm going to try and contact customer support there to find it. Thanks for any help you can give me!!
