missing loader.exe and cwshredder

I permanently deleted the loader.exe file...is that bad? I do not have an operating cd so how do I copy a new to my computer. Computer is running slow ever since the virus. The cwshredder program will not run because of missing: MSVBVM60.DLL file. What do I do.

Darren, To solve your not being able to run the CWShredder program go to the link below and download & install the updated VB ersion 6 program. You will then be able to run the CWShredder program. Your loader.exe problems shpuld be solved after running the CWShredder file.
