missing file vfwwdm.drv

CPU/Ram: PentiumII/640mb

im trying to install a webcam.
it asked for 4 files; i've found three;
i still need vfwwdm.drv
it says to insert the windows98 second edition disc so windows can install it; even though i alreayd installed the camera.
i didnt plug it in too early; i waited for the prompt to plug in the camera; once i did it said that no camera was found... at the same time however windows hardware manager pops up saying it detected new hardware.
its a Logitec QuickCam Chat... help would be appreciated.
