Trying to open Word & Excel. Getting error message about missing DLL files. Downloaded PCdoctor on call. Ran program & missing hundreds of files. Do I have to reformat & reinstall windows to get them back? Or is there another solution?

Hello Bea, In the matter of the fact Microsoft Word program use a specific install setup, I suggest you reinstall all your program again, it will reload all drivers you need to match it correctly. Otherwise check the DLL's missing in your comp and ask for a request of them in Google.com, you will get all addresses where to find them quickly.....

I would trying to reinstall Office since you are having problems with Word and Excel and hopefully that will clear up most of this issues...
If you are still missing files though you can visit http://www.dllplanet.com and there are over 20000 dll's there so you should be able to find what you neeed.
But try reinstalling first.
