Missing DLL file, found but where do i p

I keep getting an error message when I boot up that a required DLL file is missing and I'm assuming that it's screwing up a few other programs. Can anyone tell me how to reload a DLL file? I'm guessing that it's re-loaded from the Windows disc, but I'm unsure how/where to install it? Thanks

The file name is MFC42.DLL for Win95.
