Several cells locked up when I tried to enter monthly deposit.couldn't Didn't know how. to unlock the cells,so I exited.Later couldn't get in to microsoftworks at all to try again.PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND HOW TO UNLOCK THE CELLS.In household accounts. THANKYOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.

This is probably a stupid question but I am going to ask anyway. Can works be upgraded or converted over to office since the basics are the same. Works is really not compatible with office, formats change one between the other.

When I start a new document-I hit insert to number the pages-and the no. 1, comes out on the top of the page- I want to no. pages on the bottom-1-2-3-4- ETc. How do I do that-? thank you for your help Rita Wojtkiewicz

I had a virus and I lost everything and did not have a backup disk.The computer has been down for a long while,I need to purchase windows 3.1 or what you call the reboot disk do you know where i can purchase i've looked all over.please help

Hmmm...Im having all of the above problems..I lost my microsoft works upon installing a new modem. Now what do I do?
I sure dont want to purchase a new one!! It just disappeared like "poof" and it was gone.

we had problems with windows98 2nd edition and had windows98 first edition installed after everything was completed i could not get into my outlook express to check my mail. ther is warning that said the outlook express could not be started because it could not be installed. could you please explain what i need to do to activate it thank you very much

I have Windows 98 loaded. I tried to send a message to an e-mail address on the net, but got a message that I couldn't connect - didn't have MSCOE.DLL loaded. Is this something that I have to purchase?
