This is a problem that just recently came up, and it's annoying as heck. I'm browsing the net, and all of a sudden a message will come up saying:

Runtime Error! Program C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.exe abnormal program termination
Why the heck is it doing this all of a sudden and how can I correct this? Thanks in advance.
