Microsoft Office XP dll files

hey im trying to install Microsoft Office Xp Pro. My CD has a missing file or something. The file it is missing is nlhtml.dll. I downloaded this file off the internet but now i dont know where the file goes, can someone help me find out where it goes?

I don't know for certain but by Googling around I got the impression that c:\windows\system32 would be worth a try for starters. It won't do any harm if you put it in the wrong place (just won't help). Otherwise the Office Software forum might be able to help. Derek.W
