I upraded my cpu from an AMD K6 300 to an AMD K62 450 and now mcicda.drv freezes for around 10-15 mins when ever an audio CD is accessed. Has anyone else experienced this??

To resolve this use the extract command to copy these files from the Win95 CDROM and copy them into the c:\windows\system directory. Syntax extract D:\win95\win95_08.cab /a mcicda.drv /L c:\windows\system. or A:\ if you take your Windows cd to an internet cafe to access it. Found at Power Paq Frequently Asked Questions
