Maximizing Freecell Window

Comment:
When I select Freecell the Freecell window appears minimized. When I try to maximize, the window expands vertically normal but only 1/2 screen width horizontally. I have a) checked the solitaire game window and everything operates normally. b) I have uninstalled Freecell and reinstalled, the problem persists. The problem appeared after I had changed my Screen Resolution settings. Can someone suggest a remedy for my problem?

Lower your resolution.
Freecell was designed for a 640 X 480 screen. The cards it uses come from a .dll file and are of a fixed size. Which means if it were capable of maximising to full screen width, all it would do is increase the space between them.
Another solution might be to go back to a 486 with a 14" monitor like it was designed for.
