Matrox G200 Resource Conflict

I am getting a resource conflict between my Matrox G200 AGP and Standard PCI-to-PCI Bridge. Here are the device conflict info's: MAtrox Device Resource Conflict: Memory Range E8000000 - E8FFFFFF used by: PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge Memory Range E4000000 - E4003FFF used by: PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge Memory Range E5000000 - E57FFFFF used by: PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge PCI-to-PCI Bridge: Memory Range E4000000 - E7FFFFFF used by: Matrox Millennium G200 AGP Memory Range E4000000 - E7FFFFFF used by: Matrox Millennium G200 AGP Memory Range E8000000 - E8FFFFFF used by: Matrox Millennium G200 AGP Tried changing Resources manually. Removed all other hardware and done clean install of win95 - Same result everytime?
