Help!!! When I try to run megaphone.exe , I get a message that a file mapi32.dll:17 is missing. How do I get this back??

Is the message "...missing EXPORT mapi32.dll:17"?
If so, it is generally caused by a duplicate, old version of mapi32.dll.
Do a Find Files MAPI32.dll and rename any that are NOT in \windows\system

I need the file "mapi32.dll" for runinig one favorite program of me. But I do not have "Microsoft Outlook Express" installed, so that I don't have the file too. Can I get it from the net? And if I can whrere it is?
Summary: Anyone know what mapi32.dll is used for? One of my users called me to tell me she gets an "invalid mapi32.dll file".... every day for about a month now (Thanks!)... Going over to see her comp tomorrow...
