Yep, there sure is :: I am running windows 98 se with Xp them... all you need is a Destop Architect... With this theme changer,you will be able to change everything at once or one at a time. Do a Google search for it,If you find it,I would have someone burn you a copy of it,I think that it is getting hard to find.. If you can't find it then let me know...
